Johnnie's Beef

"No real baseline comparison for me to consider what this is in terms of Italian beef. But the texture of a wet sandwich I'll admit is fun. The beef was nice. The bread was good. The heat of the papers was moderate which I think is good for this type of sandwich. If I take an issue it's that the au jus was a little under salted, under flavored. Maybe. Probably would have been better to add a provolone but you know I'm a first timer. "
